This is an actual TMobile store and not an affiliate so they can provide more information and services. They are more knowledgeable than affiliates. The only downside is at certain times this store is really busy and have to wait for service.

Went in for a replacement phone. They said it will take 3 days, with expidited shipping to the store. They failed to mention "3 business days". You will get a text from us. Its been a week, still no text. Tried calling for 15 minutes straight, no answer. Bad customer service. I am about an inch away from switching to another carrier!@#*
