Customers picking up proscriptions and those processing for the shot were in one line waiting 2 hours at a time. Even after 3 customers spoke to the manager, nothing was done. They were not equipped to handle the influx on immunizations and did not have the wherewithal to meet with staff to construct a plan and prepare for being short staffed. I hope this current HepA outbreak is an eye opener for this and other stores.
